This Privacy Policy describes how Numeric Oasis ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Atelier, an Atlassian Forge app for Confluence Cloud.
1. Information We Collect
Atelier is designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect and store the minimum amount of data necessary to deliver the app's functionality.

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data (names, emails, account IDs)
We do not track user behavior, analytics, or usage metrics
We do not store page content — macro content lives in the Confluence page itself
We do not transmit any data outside of your Atlassian Cloud instance
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
2. How Data Is Stored
All data is stored using Atlassian Forge Storage, which is:
Hosted entirely within Atlassian's cloud infrastructure
Isolated per Atlassian site — data from one site is never accessible to another
Scoped per Confluence space — each space's settings are independent
Encrypted at rest and in transit by Atlassian
We do not operate any external servers, databases, or third-party services. Atelier runs entirely within the Atlassian Forge platform.
3. Confluence Permissions
Atelier requests the following Confluence permissions:

App storage | Save space-level settings (color palettes, presets, fonts) |
Atelier does not request write permissions to your Confluence content. It cannot create, modify, or delete pages.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Space settings (palettes, presets, fonts) are retained as long as the app is installed
Uninstalling Atelier automatically deletes all stored data — no residual data remains
Macro content is part of the Confluence page and follows your Confluence data retention policies
5. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or transfer any data to third parties. No data leaves the Atlassian Cloud environment.
6. GDPR Compliance
Atelier is designed to be GDPR-compliant:
Data minimization: We only store design configuration data (colors, patterns, fonts) — no personal information
Right to erasure: Uninstalling the app deletes all stored data automatically
No data processor role: Since we do not collect or process personal data, Atelier does not act as a data processor under GDPR
No sub-processors: We do not use any external services or sub-processors
7. Security
Atelier runs on the Atlassian Forge platform, which provides sandboxed execution, encrypted storage, and network isolation
All user input is validated and sanitized on the server side
The app respects Confluence permission models — users can only access content they have permission to view
8. Children's Privacy
Atelier is a business productivity tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
